How On The Go works

Order at the pump. Prepare in the store. Collect on the way out.

On The Go is designed around a simple idea: use the time customers already spend refuelling to let them place an order before they reach the shop.

The customer journey

Four simple steps

01

Refuel

The customer starts filling their vehicle as normal.

02

Order

A touchscreen presents coffee, food and selected convenience products.

03

Prepare

The order is sent to store staff while the customer is still at the pump.

04

Collect

The customer enters the store and collects the order at the counter.

Why the timing matters

Use otherwise idle minutes

Customers already spend time stationary on the forecourt. On The Go turns that time into a chance to browse, order and add items before they walk inside.

The order can reach staff before the customer finishes refuelling.

Built around store operations

Products and pricing can be managed centrally, availability can be controlled at store level, and promotional content can be displayed between ordering sessions.
